Dr Psychedelic is no longer in Pargon City, he ran out of cash and is now back with the Unbelievable Bob Seethrouix hanging out 'in-between' things  

Dr Psychedelic disappeared from swinging London in 1967 after a night out at the UFO club. After returning to the lab in a dazed and confused state, he decided it was time to test his new formula for LDS-44. The effects were immediate; the compound of phsycobins and genetically modified hallucinogens was so powerful it pulled the Doctors atoms apart, dispersing them though out the universe. Only his mind was left intact, drifting on the cosmic winds of space….
